  1. I cheated and use a plant identification app for one of them. The white flower is Calochortus venustus also known as butterfly mariposa lily. The red one I’m less sure about. Maybe Tecoma Red Hot? The purple ones have too many matches! Grape soda lupine? Anyway, they’re beautiful, that’s for sure. Great photos.

  2. On our hikes we come across the “white flower” a few times. The Mariposa Lily which is special for me. Max knows why. (Maripsa High School in Mariposa,CA)
    I’ve come across the “red flower” too. I believe it is the Scarlet Larkspur.
    That’s all I got.
